The problem

In October 2026, half the NSW businesses advertised between $1.5 million and $2 million did not say how much profit they make. This means you are asked to pay the price without being told what the business earns. On the same earnings, asking prices sat up to $700,000 apart. The seller's broker knows which one theirs is. The scorecard shows whether you would.

About BuyReady

BuyReady is run by Daniela Rosa, a commercial and transactions advisor with more than 15 years in deal structuring, including the $1.3 billion Circular Quay redevelopment in Sydney, NSW. She has also worked on the seller's side of business sales, including an established services business that sold for $1.1 million. Now she uses what she learned to benefit buyers.

After all, the seller already has a team in place.

When a buyer is ready to search, BuyReady refers them to a licensed business broker it works with, who knows how sales are run from the inside.
